Ζante Sunny Villa I is a two-storey countryside home with 3 bedrooms set in the area of Mouzaki - Pantokratoras in Zakynthos island, Greece.

Although, it is located in a peaceful and secluded area, it still remains in close proximity to Laganas center, less than 5 minutes drive and to Zakytnhos town, only 10 minutes drive.

Ζante Sunny Villa I features a playground, large well kept gardens and a sun terrace. A large terrace with pergola covers the entire two sides of the villa's exterior area.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons as it features 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 2 optional folding beds.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large air-conditioned living-room combined with dining area and a fireplace. On the same floor there is also one bedroom with a double bed and its own A/C unit, along with a separate bathroom with shower.

The inner stairs lead to the attic floor, where 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower are located. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, flat screen TV and view to the surroundings. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other one 2 single beds.

Ζante Sunny Villa II is a countryside home with 3 bedrooms set in the area of Ampelokipi, not far from Zakynthos Town. Although, it is located in a peaceful and secluded area, it still remains in close proximity to Laganas center and Zakynthos Town, which is easily reached within 5 minutes’ drive.

Ζante Sunny Villa II features an outdoors swimming pool, outside BBQ facilities, well-kept garden and 3 furnished verandas.

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

It is consisted of an open plan dining, living room with fireplace and kitchen area (which is fully equipped). A bathroom with a shower is also available. It also comprises 3 bedrooms, where guests at the 1st bedroom will find a double bed, at the 2nd bedroom they will find 2 single beds which can become one double bed upon request & at the 3rd bedroom they will find 2 single beds & 1 bunk bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned featuring also a flat-screen TV.
